Finding The Best Marketing Plan For You

My overall strategy for marketing a home is simple:
Make the home appealing to the widest possible market. This is done with staging, landscaping, etc. The goal is to reduce as many objections to the home as possible.

Find the strengths of the home that make it more compelling for a buyer to want to make an offer. Highlight the strengths and minimize the weakness.

Price the home competitively. We all love our homes and certainly don’t want to leave any dollars on the table. Through a careful and detailed analysis of what other similar homes in the area have sold for, I can show you the correct pricing strategy.
